The use by the client of the services of the Internet shop of hackneyshop.com presupposes, in any case, adherence to the General Purchase Conditions in the version published by the Website at the time of the purchase order. Therefore, it is convenient that the customer read these General Conditions before proceeding to make a purchase.
Scope of the contract
These General Purchase Conditions apply to the sale of all products of Dos Rombos Store, S.L. through its website, to consumers to whom orders can be delivered in Europe (euro zone only). Hackney Shop informs that its Website is exclusively addressed to a public over 16 years old.
Dos Rombos Store reserves the right to cancel a user's access account if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service.
For security reasons, you can not make purchases over € 1,500 or more than 40 items per order.
The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. The prices that appear detailed in each product include the I.V.A. (Value Added Tax). The amount of the shipping costs is indicated to the customer in a disaggregated way at the moment of placing the order. Dos Rombos Store reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, the modifications it deems appropriate, and may update, even daily, products and prices depending on the news that is appearing.
In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the customer must pay the corresponding customs charges, which will vary depending on the weight of the shipment. The same applies to Switzerland and Norway, in which case the amount of customs charges depends on the total amount of the order.
All purchases can be paid with a Visa®, MasterCard® or American Express® credit card as well as with a 4B or 4B Maestro debit card (which implies an automatic charge) and PayPal System. In any case, the choice of means of payment is made, during the purchase process, on the corresponding screen.
The client must notify Dos Rombos Store of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by e-mail or by telephone, in the shortest time possible so that Dos Rombos Store can make the necessary arrangements.
Additionally, suppliers or issuers of means of payment can adopt anti-fraud measures, which entail the rejection of certain types of transactions. Dos Rombos Store is not responsible for the application of this type of security policies.
Availability of products
All orders are subject to product availability. If there are incidents regarding its supply, or if there are no items in stock, the customer will be informed immediately and any amount that could have been paid will be reimbursed.
The delivery will be made at the address indicated by the customer, which may be different from the one of his habitual residence, being able to send to his place of work or even to a third person to whom he wishes to make a gift. In any of the cases, the identification of the buyer or of the person to whom the product is directed will be required by means of an official document identifying him and signing the delivery note. The deadline set in the Website will be merely indicative. However, Dos Rombos Store will endeavor to respect that deadline, not being liable in case of exceeding the initially estimated deadline.
In the case of deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the customer must pay the corresponding customs expenses at the time of receiving the order. These vary depending on the weight of the order and can amount to € 20. The same goes for shipments to Switzerland and Norway: in this case the costs represent 7.5% of the total order, approximately. In case the client does not withdraw the order once it is in customs, he will bear the expenses generated by his return to the Cortefiel warehouse in Aranjuez, Madrid. These expenses will be deducted from the amount of the return of your purchase.
Changes and refunds (in case of tare or defect)
Orders delivered in Spain:
Through the Internet: you have a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order to return it and / or proceed to change it through the Internet. In the case of changes, they can only be made by other references that do not exceed the amount paid for the items that they wish to change. Through a street shop: you have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to go to the Hackney Shop and make the change or return there. In this case, the changes can be made by any other reference, paying the difference to the client, if any.
As an exception, the garments of the outlet only accept returns and exchanges through the Customer Service, as indicated above.
Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla: you have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return it or change it in store.
Orders delivered at U.E:
- Through the Internet: in this case, only returns are accepted (no changes). You have a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order. To do this, you must send the unwanted garments to Dos Rombos Store in C / Vinyals, 14 08221 - Terrassa by the means of transport you prefer (the return costs are borne by the customer).
- Through the street shop: you have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to go to the Dos Rombos Store and make the return or exchange (in this case, changes are allowed) of said items.
In no case are return expenses or customs charges, if any.
Right of withdrawal
The customer can cancel the purchase, within 14 days, from the receipt of the product. The conditions to do so are the same as in the cases of changes and refunds due to the tare or defect described above.
Dos Rombos Store will reimburse the client for the payment received, within 60 days of receiving the notification of withdrawal. The customer will bear the return costs.
Guarantee of purchased products
The contractual guarantee offered is that established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. Cortefiel shall be liable for any lack of conformity that may arise within a period of two years from delivery, provided that the client has informed Dos Rombos Store of said lack of conformity within two months of being informed of it.
